Endymio

When the large double door of the Pope's Chamber swung open, they—the elite knights of Athena, the Gold Saints, the strongest warriors who pledged to serve the Goddess of War, immediately went down to their knees. They had their head bowing low, a gesture of respect toward the ones walking through the aisle toward the dais. One was the Pope, recognizable by the flowing white, silky robe that swept the floor as he followed the owner of those slender legs. The legs of their Athena, no doubt.

None of the knights dared to rise their head, to peek at the appearance of their Goddess, not even the ever so courageous Leo or the ever so mischievous Cancer, before the Pope spoke.

"Raise your head, Knights of Athena. You shall now hear a greeting speech from Athena."

So they did. They lifted their head, eyes focused on the figure that now had occupied the throne on the dais, then widened.

Without a doubt, when all twelve of them heard that the reincarnation of the Goddess they served had been found and taken to the Sanctuary, they imagined a girl. Delicate and frail-looking, yet exuded aura of toughness and charisma that wouldn't dare to raise a complain about being ordered around by a girl. What they took in from the person sitting on the throne was looking effeminate enough to be mistaken as a girl, but they didn't need to frown to see that the person was a boy.

A boy clad in white chiton, decorated with golden accessories to bring out the aura of wealthiness and shines—though he didn't exactly need it, for he glow, for unknown reason, in the eyes of the Gold Saints. His abnormally purple hair was also dressed with golden and feathery hair accessories. He seemed nervous, and the smile streaking across his face gave off a sign that he was trying to be bold, because he knew he need to not falter in front of his strongest servants.

When his lips parted and words flow from him, his knights' growing hesitation of the his identity increased instead of quelling.

"Hello. I'm Endymio... Endymio Ballad. I'm the current reincarnation of your Athena... at least that's what Parsifal said." His smile grew wider. "Would you like to hear one of my poems?"
